I believe that owls will become a huge trend, owls are wise and funky looking. Not to mention one of the least portraied animals. In fashion that is. I want one hanging around my neck.

My hair is saluting mom.

Looking through some old photos of my mom I noticed the hairstyle she had when she was expecting me. The hair was loose and big on the top, collected in a fairly loose hairknot with a thin rubber band and with heavy bangs. It's a kind of messy, fluffed up version of the traditional old teacher and librerian look. I am now wearing my hair similar to my mom, even though I'm not pregnant or expecting anything but a joyous weekend at fleamarkets in the sun with my new shorts.
